Creative Project Management

Guiding a project through the multiple steps of creation from creative brief to publication requires a vast knowledge of resources, such as balancing of timelines, prioritzing projects, managing vendor relationships, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Organizing designer talents and schedules, multiple levels of client signoffs, legal copy and copyrights, deliverable requirements, and asset management are all part of a normal day.

I have created a solid career base with 15+ years in Creative Project Management and Account Management with digital and print projects in product design teams and advertising agencies. Leading projects through the multi-step process and finding the balance between client needs and creative impact has been a passion.

High-volume, short deadlines, and demanding clients are what fuels my day. And coffee. Can’t forget the coffee.

With the rise of the internet, print media has plummeted in use and risen in cost. However, print is still  necessary for sell sheets, event promotions, menus, magazines, and packaging.

Starting my career in a print catalog agency and a marketing publisher, this experience has shaped me into a valuable and trusted resource for print projects in a culture of digital media.

Account and Stakeholder Management

In large organizations or through my own marketing consultancy, client relationships have been at the core. Managing business relationships, creating marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and guiding clients through the creative process are the drivers of my day.

I take pride in clear effective communcations, cross-departmental collaborations, presentations skills, reading the needs of the client, and overdelivering on the client’s expectations.
